Document Control Engineer

Position Summary

Document Control Engineer shall assist QMS Manager on execution & deployment of Quality Management System and document control for new start-up company. Candidates with experience in semiconductor manufacturing environment is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the deployment and maintenance of QMS & document control for new start-up company
• Assist on risk assessments & quality control reviews that ensures compliance with all statutory regulatory requirements internal compliance requirements
• Formulate & execute internal audit in accordance with internal and external and QMS requirements
• Assist on ISO 9001 certification
• Coordinate external audits with regulators and customers and follow-up on closure of quality compliance issues
• Ensure designated employees maintain and comply with established quality standards
• Ensure employees’ understanding of relevant legislative and regulatory procedures
• Maintain control of documents such as QM, Operational Procedure, FMEA, Control Plan etc 
• Assist in Change Management & communication to customer and relevant stakeholders
• Maintenance of instrument calibration procedures and schedule
• Other ad-hoc activities assigned by the reporting manager

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in quality management & preferably in semiconductor production environment
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Well-versed in ISO 9001:2015 , IATF 16949 VDA 6.3 Process Audit & ISO 14001 management systems
• Well versed in FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, GR&R & 8D problem solving
• Possesses analytical ability to structure processes and procedures in fast-pace manufacturing environment, as well as resourcefulness to propose solutions
• Demonstrate commitment to high levels of quality and customer satisfaction
• Excellent in communication & negotiation skills
